The Education Funding Task Force has now met nine times with plans to continue meeting throughout the fall. Their objective is to reauthorize the funding formula that was approved by the court. Section 4 of 2024 SB 387 enacted K.S.A. 72-8194 was approved and placed into law authorizing this Task Force in 2024.
